Bertazzi srl designs and builds in-house, in the Equipment production department, steel and special alloy molds, necessary to obtain detailed casts.
The production of the rough item is carried out through the gravity die-casting, using:
- Molding benches for castings from kg 0,200 to kg 5
- Two-station robotic plant for castings ranging from kg 6 to kg 50 (Ø 400 mm max)
The main alloys used are:
- Tin bronze
- Aluminum-Bronze
- Manganese-Bronze
- Brass
The production capability can reach 15 tons per day.
